The outcome is I will not need to sign the POA as due to the late stage of my IVA and the fact everyone has been paid out already, VN will now process my completion and I should get this through in next 2-3 w...

I have not posted on here for about 4 years, but have popped in for a read every now and then. I too had my IVA with VN and never had a problem with them and found the staff friendly and helpful, until now lol well they still are friendly but now I am made to feel like I am being blackmailed over PP...

They also offer another system apart from the £4.95 per month. If you only use the card for less than 5 transactions then you can opt for the £1.00 per transaction fee. You will have to call them and request that option. Still cheaper than paying interest on a credit card and at the end of the day, ...
