Hi NAT WEST was one of my cresitors them and RBS were the only creditors who actually voted in my IVA both voting yes.

Hi

The amount of equity payback to the creditors is 75%,
Is that of the valuation of the property when you start the IVA or is it at the end of the IVA?

Hi

Can you tell me how an IP contact creditors. Do you send mail recorded delivery so you get a signature to prove they received it?

If not can the creditor just say we did not receive anything and know nothing about it?

Hi if you do get another job and the salary has say increased by 2k per annum after additional travel expenses of £500 are you expected to pay the £1500 into your IVA or 50% of the £1500
