Hi Lisa, IP is preparing my case to put forward to the creditors, will the creditors vote in post, hold a meeting with the IP ??. I do not want to loose this opportunity to conclude the iva.

Dear Lisa, the monies are coming from extended family. I have approached the IP who has confirmed that they will present the offer to the creditors.

We have a policy with Direct Line and Axa. Swinton are IVA friendly.

I was in a similar position but bonus. I was told thar the creditors are entitled to there share of the bonus regardless. I could use my share of the bonus as pert of the full and final offer.

I went with PJG, the team has been world class. despite all the negative press on here about them. I have already completed 9 months and can sleep at night rather than worrying about how reminders with be dropping through the letterbox. Hi, i was in a very similar to position with more debt and two properties. The IVA was approved with a few modifications. You need to bear in mind that the creditors will want a share of the profits on the rental property and you will also need to complete a self assessment for tax purposes.

The original debt figure was £65K. I/E was completed and the IP calcuated the disposable income was only £120.00 per month which was duly accepted by the creditors.

Agree to the condition as it is only "to seek full time work" - doesn't mean it will be achieved and if it does the cost of childcare, travel etc. will far outweigh the income

Hi Foggy, do you think the creditors will accept the £6000.00. I am sure that the IVA company would be happy as they do not have to manage the iva over the remaining years.
