I’m coming to the end of my IVA. What information will my IVA company require from me?

I’m currently in 6 years down and another 6 months to go on an IVA. A family friend has offered to pay the remaining off, I pay £161 per month so what should I offer as my final offer. Any does anyone have an example of a letter I can send to the company.
