Thanks for the reply. So to clarify; if we had a joint bank account she would still be able to apply for credit in just her name without my IVA effecting the application?

Hello all, I completed my IVA early over a year ago and it will remain on my credit file until October 2018. If my wife and I were to open a joint account, would this have a detrimental effect on her ability to get credit in just her name? Nothing big like a mortgage, more credit / store cards. She'...

I completed February 4th and I am still on there, though it now says completed in the details. Seems strange that it was updated to say completed and not just removed but there you go.

I signed a Deed of Assignment last year but have since been told that I will not receive my completion cert until all PPI issues have been resolved, which given EIF are dealing with my PPI claims doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.
