Thanks, great video. I have sent off letters (using the template from PJG Recovery) to all companies showing defaults after 6th October 2010 hopefully they will listen this time.

Hi Just to go back to this, now almost August 2016 and my start date was 6 October 2010 completion cert dated 25. August 2015. Afternoon all just quickly like to say keep at it as when you get your cc its a wonderful feeling.
My question is a simple 1 my iva started 6,10,2010 cc dated 25.08.15 when it it come off my credit report 6yrs from start or cc date.

Just a quick update since completion 25th August 15 for those that need a boost. Almost 4 months on and defaults are gone credit rating is on the up im off the insolvency register and have (0) balance 2 credit cards 1 with a high street bank. Hi
I have contacted all 3 CRA and my creditors with a copy of the certificate.
However should the defaults show upto current time.
They all do go back to the start but I'm thinking 6 years to drop off from the latest date?

Hi I have completed my IVA a few weeks ago whoop whoop.
I need to know the defaults on my file I understand they will go after 6 years but they say default upto September 2015 is this correct?

Am I missing something? I can't see what affect these changes have on us? Our payments wont go up we weren't ever going get to ppi (why should we anyway we are the defaulters). CF get more money creditors get less which they agreed to.[:)]

Thanks all for help. Zoopla actually under value our house. I will get an estate agent to do a market valuation I just hope they excpt it as im sure they don't use zoopla they must use a firm of some sort. It does sound like the online is always over though.
