Thankyou for your responses. I am more than happy to provide any information but do have e-mails that categorically state that the payments are capped, no further uplifts and no more payslips required as they (PJG) were not obliged to undertake any further reviews. So we shall see....... Thankfully ...

Hi Can anyone give me an idea of what happens at the end of my IVA. I have a couple of payments left and would like to know what the standard process looks like e.g. who gets asked to provide what information and when? I want to be ready and prepared for this momentous occasion! Also I don't know if...

There has been no change to any of the websites that PJG / Melanie uses so have to assume that it is business as usual. Somewhere on the forum I have also read that someone who was not transferred when we were is now concerned about what has happened to us, as clearly it could also be coming my way....

Hi - I posted this yesterday on another thread 'I received an email from credit fix today stating that if I felt strongly they could not force me into signing the mass variation. I do feel strongly which is why I emailed in the first place - so I will not be signing. Put your concerns in writing and...

Re savings accounts/ share save. Again Mel was ok with my share save accounts as both taken out after my IVA started. Neither mature until after the IVA finishes. For my annual review I did not include them as an outgoing as they were mine to fund from any surplus I could manage. Therefore my IVA mo...

I too have just emailed the Insolvency service to raise a concern on 2 points: 1. How an IP can 'sell on' over 900 clients without their knowledge and consent but then continue to take on new ones. I am used to the fact that my debt has been sold onto various agencies along the way but did not reali...

Does anyone know if it is possible to raise a complaint about this transfer with for example the insolvency service? It just does not seem right for 900+ of us to be 'sold on' yet our original IP continues to take new clients. Don't get me wrong I really miss the relationship I previously had with t...

When I spoke to them last week they said that they needed your number then your surname eg 12345/smith. So that's what I have done. Should be enough for any internal finance matching process to work. As with everything so far it will no doubt be a complete muddle so who knows. The important thing is...

I also had a phone call yesterday to confirm that the red envelope had arrived (the day before) and told them that I would be amending my existing standing order as discussed last week by phone. I was pleased to see that the letter was much better worded than the horrid email and you can indeed set ...
