You just move onto a different product with the same company or they put you on their SVR.

We moved over to credit fix and apart from a fairly big monthly increase in payments we had no problems. It ended and they sent out the paperwork and that was it.

Credit score hasn't moved since completing the Iva in January 2016.

Yeah reading up on stuff a few have put rates up already.

I'm thinking just go 5 years. I'll still be £130 a month better off which is 25% reduction on my monthly payments anyway.

Hi Paid off IVA in January 16. My mortgage is a 5.24% fixed for 2 years ending 31st December. My current provider has sent me some new products to choose. Not sure if it's best to stay where I am. They don't charge for changing and there are no fees. 2 years fixed is 2.14% saving £160 a month 3 year...

By the sounds of it they will deduct claims made during the period so the payout if any would be a few hundred I reckon.

Has anyone any idea of car leasing after completion ?

Is it possible and is there a time limit after Iva completion before successfully getting a lease ?

That's a good rate.
I'm on 5.4% variable. Even when the rates were high I was on 6.2%.

Only 2 payments left with CF.

Do they not send out letters confirming there is no equity and thus it will just be the normal 5 years of payments ?

I chased them to find out this and have been told that January will be my last payment
