Our iva finished in March and we received our certificate shortly after. We questioned CF about the Ppi situation and they've said if we receive any monies we can keep it as they are not perusing it.

Has anyone had any success claiming against creditors?

Just got a call from CF to say our offer was accepted. We'll be celebrating all weekend!

I agree, it was rather a stressful 24 hrs. It would of been interesting to see how CF would of handled this though.

Turns out that HMRC had over calculated on my car allowance and I now only owe £186. Phew... what a relief!

I have contacted CF and they said they've never experienced anything like this but will look into it tomorrow. Next step is to call HMRC to see how much they plan to claw back each month.

Michael, thanks for this but I am still confused...how would the time period 2012/2013 be pre IVA when we signed up in 2009? I am not self employed either. It seems like they've calculated something wrong, in which case wont I owe them?

Thanks for sharing Greg666. Since CF have taken over we haven't been asked for any wage slips or anything like PJG used to. We submitted our f&f offer and that's it, so not sure if they will request the wage slips at some point. Did you have to supply yours?
