Hi I've almost finished the job of cleaning up my credit files post IVA. What have I missed? I've 1) Made sure all three CR agencies no longer show the IVA plus Noddle. 2) Had our records removed from the Insolvency Register. 3) There doesn't appear to be a charge on our home. Is there any way of speeding up the process of removing records from the Insolvency Register after completion?

I understand it can take up to 3 months but if there is anything I can do to speed up the process that would be great.

Does anyone know if bank accounts that where included in the IVA should/can be marked as defaulted?

Seems daft as I only had a few hundred pound overdraft but it looks awful on a credit report.

I'm really surprised at the lack of advice on this - have I made a mistake in thinking this is the correct forum for post IVA advice?

It's really important to me to rebuild my life after this so if anyone can point in the right direction for advice on cleaning up my file I would appreciate it.
