We've just found out we've been transferred from Beesley & Co to CF.....ive been an anxious mess ever since.
In the process of telling them to stick their 23%!

I know I'm new here to the Creditfix bandwagon, and understand why you don't want to include newbies in any private messaging, so I will watch on here for any info , as my anxiety is at record levels with cf stress!

Thanks everyone for your help.
I'm going to reply to them that under no circumstance do we agree to their change in terms and conditions, and that we are 4 years into the IVA , and the T&C we agreed to with Beesley and Co still stand for us.

So, I'm right in thinking they are trying on on with us? My husband has just got home, read the letter and said he's not agreeing to it.
Is there a standard letter I can reply to them , saying that we don't agree to it? I'm not too good at this sort of thing![:(]

The letter states that if we don't sign and return the letter within 15 days, they will take this as consent to the variation in the creditor fee adjustment.
I feel this is not going to be very straightforward.

Hi, we have just received a letter from a company called Creditfix, informing us that they have acquired our IVA from Beeley and Co.
