I've never had an issue getting hold of them on any number at any time of the day?

i have a creditors variation meet soon (confirmed) for an f&f offer and i rejected the new t's and c's with no issues whatsoever. whole process from f&f offer to creditors meet confirmation letter was 3 days

Exactly the same as me. When I last spoke to them a few days ago, they said if I refused ts and cs they would put my offer through straight away, no problem.

Has everybody with CF received notification of this? if so, how?

ive had 2 letters in total, 1 from original IVA company saying that CF were taking over, and another from CF informing me to change my bank details. Thats it..... nothing about a MVV?
