Like I have already said I have sent Ryan a few messages and was told I would here from him Monday as stated on here and it's now Wednesday and still not heard anything

I have tried to contact Ryan and heard nothing back but Steve has been helpful so I have emailed Steve so hopefully I will speak to Steve soon.
