Strange... No matter how many posts I am writing on this forum at the moment, the number remains as 808 and does not advance .... Very Strange!!!!!!

With all sorts of extra costs £2000 plus recent car bills about £1200, I have not yet reached baseline since closing IVA, so not able to begin to build money behind me yet!

Ohhhh, I hope not Skippy, but then again just shows how badly Creditors are behaving if the complaints are so much... I am really being adversly affected by this matter... What do they want me to do, get in trouble again??? ... The last thing I want to do is approach money sharks at a million percen...

The Commissioner is obliged to rule to my complaint as it is a clear fact as stipulated. At the time of the IVA meeting, all creditors agreed and I acheived a 100% vote 30/01/2004. By these 2 creditors registering default in 2006 is rediculous and in one case showing I still owe them money today!!! ...

Thanks Helen, I hope yours runs smoother ending than mine... This is absolutely disgusting... I have already paid the 6 year penalty of IVA life, and respectfully conducted to fruition... This is now 4 months past the 6 year!

Update: As neither of the two creditors have corrected my credit file, they remain in breach of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and Data Protection Act 1998 ... I am now preparing a letter and copying documents to forward to the "Information Commissioner" ... I am still stumped at moving on property un...

I have emailed Experian with whom I am rallying all the issue with and updated them that my letters serving 28 days have been sent and so they will now put a temporary dispute notice to both default records on the system. Experian are well aware of my frustration and...

What I will do next week is revamp Skips letter to suit my circumstances and tweak it a bit and copy it in to the commissioner at same time regardless... just to add some weight... I will do this because it appears that it is common practice that they faff-up on registrations, so will hopefully get ...

Thanks for that Skips... As mentioned, I did write to Egg, but they insisted today to Experian that their records are accurate, so along with Tesco, I will write again revamping your letter...
