<t>so here I am …..entering the last few miles in the IVA marathon, I'm almost down to 9 payments now and once again I had some issues with my IE report but managed to get them sorted, and I was told that as I only have the equity repayment to cover now, so I don't have to pay any extra in to my IVA...

Good news, letter from IP at the weekend , no increase for this year.....so roll on in to the 3rd Year now, seems to be going quickly

I opened my IVA on the 22nd February so I guess they still have some more time yet before they respond, it's strange as last year it was back within two weeks

maybe I will give them a little longer..........hope it will be just good news

Fiona.42 I'm with HB and the same happened to me, recalculated my monthly income +10% for any extra income like bonus or overtime, then they asked for my wage slips from when my new rate started to see if any extra payments had to be made if I was above the new monthly rate....I hope this makes sens...

maybe I'm being a little unwise here, but why not be upfront and tell them that you are on the back end of an IVA and you are prepared to pay for the valuation ...be honest with them and this may help your cause to get the correct and honest price, and if you can get some of the value back from your...

Thank you Kallis3, they want the form back after my wife gets paid at the start of November, so I will get a bank statement and look at what has been paid out and put this down, I just worry that it will look different to the original amount agreed and I could end up worse off and end up paying more...

good morning,can anyone give some advise please, my wife has just started a part time job and it pays around £480 a month, she is not involved in my IVA but the IP company want to look at the monthly payments.There are all the normal DD SO from the bank, but what do I do about food and other expense...

Good afternoon Forum members, I need some advise from you if possible. My Wife who is not connected in any way shape or form to my IVA is thinking of going back to work for 15 hours(£120) a week for a short 9 month period, this would be in her own bank account and would cover her transport costs etc...
