I made f+f payment and waiting for cc and got letter from insolvency assistance claiming my ppi could clear my iva but I have already claimed ppi in 3rd year

Great news f+f offer accepted yesterday and family member paid money today only cc to arrive been told about 3 months, it will be the best xmas present I could have thanks to every one on here for help when needed.

Great news my F+F is later this week and if accepted have 3 months to pay.
Can you cancel your direct debit as soon as the money is paid or is there more papers to sign.Thanks

CAN ANYONE GIVE MORE DETAILS ABOUT BUCHANAN WELLS,LOOKED ON LINE THEY ARE A DEBT COLLECTING AGENCY,ALL MY DEBTS ARE IN IVA ,MY WIFES IN A DMP AND NIETHER OF US HAVE DEBTS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I HAVE JUST HAD MY EQUITY CLAUSE REMOVED AND HAVE 15 PAYMENTS LEFT. Why do they put the promise of equity at 54 months when they no there is no chance of a remortgage and they will just get 12 extra months.

my variation meeting coming up soon my 3 main creditors are
The Insolvency Exchange have 55%
Max Recovery 24%, HMRC 15% and 2 others
are they normally in favour also they will only be getting about 5p in the pound

I have sent off my paperwork for equity release which I am unable to remortgage a friend has offered to pay my remaining payments (about 17 payments)as a f+f payment and I repay them.
Will there have to be a second meeting or would they deal with it at the first meeting

After month 54 and unable to remortgage my extra 12 months payments would be less than £3000 which after fees my creditors would get less than 5 pence in the pound compared to 25 pence in the pound.

I am getting very concerned about some posts saying that if you cant get remotgage in the 4th year you can be made bankrupt.also one post saying there iva has been extened to 15 years.
