Yep, he also looks after the online affairs of Think2claim and Ocean Finance. As others have said, I'm sure he'll pick this up and help resolve the problem for you.

I understand that, but shouldn't they now be marked as settled or at least partially settled with a current balance of £0 as my IP will have distributed them the funds by now?

My IVA ended on the 29th March (I have my CC) after a F&F offer was accepted. I have since signed up with Equifax & Experian to check out my credit rating. After viewing my credit agreements 2 x accounts (1 with natwest and 1 with Lloyds Bank) are still showing up as red with defaults. Is this norma...

I’m more of a lurker than a contributor, however my last post was a whinge and a grumble so I feel I should post a follow up. I entered an IVA in September 2011 with freeman jones with combined debts of around £12500. My agreement was 48 x payments of £153 + the final 12 x payments of £403. It’s bee...

Thank you all for the support and advice, The company I'm with is Freeman Jones. I'll ring them again next week. For me, it just seems like they're stalling at this stage. I can understand them slowing down over the holiday period. However, I still think that the current process rate is unacceptable.

Thank for the response. When I originally asked for the meeting, they said it could take up to three months. Consequently both mine and my mother's letters stated that any monthly payments I make (£403 per month) prior to the variation meeting would have to be deducted from the final offer. I'm just...

Put my offer in on November 11th. On December 11th my IP told me it had gone to the variation team. Today was told it can take up to two months for them to send me a letter of agreement and then an additional 30 days to set up an actual variation meeting :-(

Greetings, I apologise if this sort of thing has been asked and covered before but I could just do with a bit of advice. I started an IVA in Sept 2011. Since then my circumstances have changed massively, I got married and moved from my parents into rented accommodation with my wife. In November my m...
