I think they have done it this way as a large proton of our income is overtime, so I would b calling every week to say we have earnt over 10% (get weekly pay). My worry is in annual review when they say they want 50% of extra income added to iva, so increasing monthly payment meaning it's not worth ...

Thank you so at the annual review they can't just say well you have earnt x amount in overtime this year and we want to increase your payment by 50% of that?

Ive figured out why they have done it this way as they have included £270 of overtime in the basic each month we will technically be keeping more than the first 10% of overtime. So our basic is 2600 a month but they worked out on 2870 so we get to keep the £270 and 10% (£287) before having to pay 50...

Ok so now i know my facts i defo wanna go for iva so now its just Vincent bond or mc cambridgeduffy both had great customer service when i called and both seem to have shining reviews. Any differences between to two i should consider? Thanks
