I think they have done it this way as a large proton of our income is overtime, so I would b calling every week to say we have earnt over 10% (get weekly pay). Ive figured out why they have done it this way as they have included £270 of overtime in the basic each month we will technically be keeping more than the first 10% of overtime. So our basic is 2600 a month but they worked out on 2870 so we get to keep the £270 and 10% (£287) before having to pay 50...
