I just received my completion certificate today (Yipee) My Last Payment was in May 2011.
How long will the IVA be on my credit file is it a year? and if so s it a year from the last payment or from the completion certificate?

I have around 8 months left on my IVA I am paying £275/Month in total.
I may be able to borrow £1000 off of my parents, do you think this would be accepted to end the IVA early?

I rang Grant thornton and they said the letter was a standard one sent to everybody transfering, and that the supervisor would know from the original agreement that the property release was not included, so I should sign anyway.
