hi i do apologise what with evything goingon i forgot to update the latest is no wrong doing was caused by the iva they apprently"tried" several times to contact santander with no response so done all they could im now waiting for a response from a offical complaint to santander-im really not holdin...

independant section phoned me last week to sayy theyeve got the notes and ask me my side of it apparently its still my debt hopefully might get some charges refunded though i will also complain through the gateway though all seem to be blaming each other santander saying they werent updates iva comp...

i would recommend keeping on at them for a stat,ent or something to onfirm the amount and that it is covered by the iva

would thatbe what they are using aswell

the iva company phoned me this morning to say theyve investigated internally and theyre satisfied they followed proper procedure

i said im still not happy and theyve escalated it to go to an independant complaint

ive just found the chairmans notes and it doesnt even have santander as attending-i know they only need a majority to agree but this is prob why theyre stating now they didnt know till feb

the woman at the insolvency company seemed to think santander never contacted me as they might have thought it was covered under the iva-mayb they were given the wrong start date who knows

but yes i shall be phoning them aswell-not getting my hopes up though
