Can you tell me what’s going on with this FDM I’ve told them to write to me and not pester me on the phone I received my completion certificate 3 years ago and SHL reclaimed all the ppl so why am I still being harassed

Received my CC from Grant thornton in May Ppi still on going up to date they've had �53000 Ppi paid42000 myself into iva only owed �69000 just received cheque for �7000 Ppi of lloyds Tsb it should of gone to GT but come to me in my name what shall I do

Completed my iva in jan received my cc 2 weeks ago grant Thornton received 37000 Ppi I was promised 8 per cent of this nobody at G T can tell me when I will receive it seem to be flogging a dead horse with this one
