Almost 8 months on, and I now have my CC! Turns out my IP (Kingsgate) has been taken over by a new IP. Probably explains a bit of the delay. Thanks for all you lr help, this forum has been a massive help. I will endeavour to help others on here now, when I can

Yes, I have Lisa. I wrote a polite email which questioned the speed of their work. I said i hadn't heard anything for 4 months, and feel i should have had some form of update, and requested a schedule of their plans to finalise everything. I received a very generic email, stating that they couldn't ...

I said it would be a couple of months, but they have dragged it out! I had a letter yesterday to remove our restriction from the land registry.
Realistically, what is left to do, and how long should it take now?
Our IP has become not very helpful in giving us helpful information

I forgot to update this post. They accepted our offer just before Christmas!! We were advised that our monthly payments were to stop straight away, and normal service can resume. Our IP needs to do some housekeeping and get the letter issued, but we should be done and dusted within the next couple o...

Current payments are £220. However, we have large changes in our income and expenditure, due to a large secured loan finishing, and i am fairly confident that my salary (bonus related) will be a lot higher next year because of new business we have attracted. So they could put our payments up a fair b...

Thanks for the replies. Because the insolvency company took their wedge, we still owe something like £27k. The secured loan would pay them an extra £9160, but cost me £33k, but i would obviously try my best to shrink that quickly. In my slight upset last night, i sent the following email, which i th...

Well its taken them a while! But I have some news I could do with some guidance on..... select partnership can apparently offer a loan which can either last the term of the mortgage (12 years) or the term does not extend beyond the later of the debtors state retirement age, which is 30+ years. They ...

If I submit a F & F offer, what is expected of me?
Do I need to provide mortgage statements or secured loan statements, wage slips or anything else? Or do they just use what I gave them for the annual review a few months back. I want to be prepared, so it takes as little time as possible.

So far, they have not been too bad. They lost paperwork we sent them once, which sparked a warning letter to us.
As we enter he last bit, I hope they don't pull any stupid stunts

Might be a bit late, but I only found this site a few days ago. I've been with kingsgate insolvency for 5.5 long years. Has anyone else used them?
