Know the feeling with respect to a lost job opportunity due to not receiving certificate despite last payment being August 2012.

I am guessing I have no chance of claiming damages?

Update:

73 months since commencement of IVA and final payment made August 2012 and still no certificate from Clear Debt.

It appears I misunderstood the information supplied by DRSP despite my earlier post and 2 SARs remain unanswered so the wait continues.

Hi - If you still a year to run with your IVA then I don't think you have too much to worry about but you definitely need to prompt them for updates.

Apparently the information supplied by DRSP was incorrect and they are still awaiting responses to the SARs.
