Thanks for the inputs to my thread I felt I had to ask about that with ref our initial ( who you go to ) Thinking back to that , yes , I think were pushed and they obviously knew we were in a vulnerable situation and didn't really know where to turn ... I remember that was a massive worry at the beginning of the iva , thinking your going to have to re mortgage to settle the remaining debts
Again , was a huge relief when was told a further 12 months instead , not that that was ideal but better , and after 5 yrs the extra 12 months seemed pleasing !

We never ha to have property re valued In the final 5th year , everything was re accessed with review and was handed an extra 12 months sentence , sorry , meant .extension !!! Toby ... Sorry , just seen your questions ... We had a review done for the beginning of 2016 , there was no increase , our expenditure with running 2 vehicles , to get to work ...fuel , child expenses , child care expenses, etc etc etc meant no further increase ... also with review to mortgage there...

Many thanks , I still cannot believe it's finished ! What six years this has been ... well 5 to start with and a worry about having to re mortgage, then it ended with a 12 month ext instead .. Was very bumpy to start with with , and guess same as everyone ... then settle down and get use it and deal...
