Brilliant timescale! Got cc last week and clicked the report button on the insolvency register, they emailed back to say our entries will be removed within 24 hours! Over the moon that closure has all gone so smoothly! Just the big clean up now!

Thanks for all your replies.
I'm not sure what to do regarding the Halifax account what to do at all. It was a current account Inc due to overdraft. IVA start date was sept 09, so should have dropped off by now. But account is showing in closed section dated April 10. No default date as such.

Hi English Rose,

I have posted separately but we made our final payment in September and received our completion certificate today. We chased our final review to ensure there were no additional monies due and the whole process was relatively stress free. Good Luck!

Today my completion certificate arrived! Final payment was Sept 25th (Freeman Jones, six year term!) Anyone have any advice regarding recent completion certificate timescales? Desperate to get our hands on ours. We have completed our final review (Sept) and we were advised six to eight weeks which seems ambitious from my knowledge of other posts.
