I agree with Foggy, Aperture seem to take their closing timeliness more seriously than some so hopefully they are just giving you the worst case scenario. However it took me 10 months for completion with no underlying complications. Different company though. Fingers crossed.

Can you give the forum more detail of how the sums have been calculated and what part if that sum you consider as a mistake.
Withholding payment of funds due to the arrangement can lead it too failure. I

Of course you do. This is really really shoddy. If you have submitted the correct data on time each year and not only have they done the calculations each year wrong but are now using the wrong data. Have you got all the evidence of sending the I/e in. Even a confirmation email.

Check register and see if you are still on there. I am not sure of the statute of limitations for pursuing a debt, sure a more knowledgeable member will have that answer. However in bankruptcy you will most likely still have to pay 3 years of payments towards your debt similar in level as to an iva ...

There are many points raised that I agree with but I would just want to claw something out of the general argument. I have had ppi refunds all going to iva company then to creditors and I've also signed a DoA I honestly don't care who gets what that's other parties to argue about. We who have entere...

If they win they can still pursue ppi without a DoA after completion. However as pointed out in the thread, post 2018 it will be immaterial there will be no more ppi claims accepted.

If the appeal succeeds the IP firm win therefore they will have argued that trust created in arrangement continues after issuing a cc and can then pursue and realise ppi. If they don't win the appeal remember the debtor won in the lower court then they will most certainly go down the DoA avenue but ...

For the debtor then you will have DoA s popping through many iva ers letterboxes and or hold ups in completing.
For the creditor and specifically the trust remaining open after completion will lead to ppi being pursued up until it's death.
