Yes I can see that point of view. As the majority of my creditors didn't vote. PRM have asked for the extension. I think it just caught me by supprise. I'm currently beginning the iva process. I went through Vincent bond and then have been passed to Knightsbridge insolvency. All good so far. They have advised me my proposal will be with me tomorrow. I have no assets,or ppi claims. Any hints or anything I should look out for?
