well i offered my creditors 75% money to pay off debts after 10 years trying and 2 refused saying they want it all and was quite rude,they other 2 creditors accepted thiers,so i will keep ploding on

why do i need to do an april annul review when i finish my iva today,will they want to have any overtime or wage rise i get in april etc??

when the last payment for the iva has been paid ,if hubby does overtime before we get the certificate do we need to pay it to them or can we keep it as we paid the last payment

my wife is in a dmp with payplan ,she has inherited from her mum she now wants to settle her debts with an offer 20% less than debt do payplan have to do it or can she do it herself
