Ahhhhaaahhh I think I might go insane. Thanks for the very valuable help. At least now I can check the status of ...

Just signed up. Excellent. I've discovered my IVA started 6th of August 2007 so I should be able to get it free from my record by then. The only downside is I will be moving and signing paperwork for a new rent at exactly the same time but I've no idea when the earliest is it will come of my record....

Hi folks. It will be six years next month that my wife and I first undertook our joint IVA. I finally settled mine in February last year and my wife did the same two months ago after repaying 60k (I know a long wait but it really is possible). I would now like to begin improving my credit profile an...

Since I've succesfully completed my IVA with no more money owed to my creditors, I was sent a full and final letter a few days ago, would any potential PPI claim still be distributed to creditors or to myself?

Hi all, it's been a while since I last posted and have learned a lot while on IVA.co.uk My full and final was settled two weeks ago with Payplan Partnership. It's taken six years to clear more than £60,000 worth of debt, and now it's done, I can honestly say it feels great, 'born again' you might sa...

Long story short, we've discussed my IVA a few times, and he's been in a similar position, looking at an IVA, since he's £50-60k in debt with his wife. She hates h...
