Hi
We were with freeman Jones and found them good.
They answered queries pretty quickly.
They also answered the phone quickly.
We had about 15 different people who looked after our IVA which was a bit of a nightmare explaining things over and over again.
All in all went smoothly

Good luck bigdebts we had 100k+ debt and feared the future,then we made the phone call in 2010.
Now roll on eight years we are debt free and in total control of our financial lives.
It's a long slog at times but well worth it.

We had our iva with freeman Jones all went pretty smoothly until the last six month but hey ho all water under the bridge.
Very good communication on phone

Ah the good old NRAM 6 year amendments,this from the company who recklessly lent money to people who had no hope of paying it back. Don't be ashamed we had over a 100k of debt when we finally sought help,we weren't judged by our iva company.
But it was a long road to recovery with plenty of ups and downs.
We are all here for you,with tips,advice or just a virtual shoulder to cry on.

Excellent post!!! I was too a bit of a gambler it was those roulette machines,although I never spent a lot or it was the reason for our debt, I was spending quite a few quid a month.
