That's what I assumed to be honest , yet still they seem reluctant to present the offer without equity release , it looks like I'm going to have withdraw the offer but I wouldn't imagine the creditors would be too pleased if they aren't being informed of what is on the table .

When it comes to the point in your iva when you are asked to remortgage do you have to apply to lenders they suggest or can you insist on lenders of your choosing ? Is there any law that says you must apply to companies they choose ? Thanks
