I kept getting stuff through the mail from Virgin - the deal looked so much cheaper for phone / tv/ broadband. i gave them a ring and said that i was in an IVA - the lady i spoke to said that they would probably ask for a deposit of about £150 in that case - Post Office may do the same if you ask them

I have a corporate Visa card for work - this does not affect mt IVA at all, the card is in my companies name and they pay it once a month - all i have to provide are the receipts

That depends on wether you have any shared debts / mortgage / joint tenancy agreement or just live together
I've been in my IVA for almost 12 months, my partner has no link to my debts and we do not live together and he has absolutely no idea i'm in an IVA

I'll keep on the IVA route here. The HP company should allow you to keep the car if its needed for work, your monthly instalment to the finance company will be included in your IVA, so in theory you should be able to maintain the MI and not default on the payments.
