thanks for that,can I use this? and ask for my IVA which is finished, to be closed or do I have to wait for another year while PPI companies look for any claims.GT have already used two companies and found nothing, and now want me to use a third,My IVA payments finished last August.

6 and 1/2 years and with this new request for another PPI company to backcheck could take another 6 months
