Hi all, I sent my I & E off to the OR over a week ago but have not heard anything as yet. Is this normal, or would it be better for me to call them to find out what is happening. I just want to get the ball rolling one way or the other. The waiting is driving me mad. ( Now that food has replaced sex...

Sorry there is only Myself and my 15 year old daughter.
The car tax and insurance in my I & E is correct as the tax is only £62 a year for a Reliant so £50 a month is too high.

But is in joint name Me and my wife who has left me over a year ago. Seems that they are saying that it could be surre...

You ask me to keep you informed on what went on with the agents of the OR regarding my car.All went well in some respects. I have secured my PC for £100, unfortunately had to let the Golf Club, Video Camera, and SLR Digital Camera go.[V][V][:(][:(][:(][:(] As for the car they said on the phone that ...

Nationwide is a Building Society the other two are banks so would not think Nationwide would be part of an alliance.

Hi all I have thinkbanking with the maestro card. I have to say one of the things that makes me feel happier about the charge is that there are no more charges of any kind, it also protects you from getting any charges from debits etc. So really when you add the cost of paying the prepaid charges i...

It not the OR who has valued it, its his agents who are the ones that will auction it at there salesroom's in West Sussex. The are going by what others have fetched in the past. Reliant tend to hold there value more than most other cars. So as most reliant drivers have only a full bike license and c...

Mish I had one on three wheels once, scary moment was that.[:D][:D] They are very easy to drive as long as you remember your not on four wheels and only three. Just have to take it easy on the corners, although the later models do hold the road a lot better than the Del Boy ones ever did. Mick ( Now...

Definitely offer them less. They need to factor in costs of sale, commission etc. after all. Any chance you could make it look shabby, take the tax disc out maybe, lose the spare tyre? Queenie They have told me that they will not except less. So thats why I offered the £500. I don't want to lose it...

As a rule of thumb, what the OR believes you should declare as an asset is anything you have that is of exceptional value. But this is of course a matter of perspective. What one person considers of exceptional value another may consider it otherwise. Queenie Well that's where it all goes wrong wha...

I hope you don't mind Mick but I loved the picture of Toby so much that I've got it as my wallpaper on my PC! Not at all by all means use it.[:D][:D] Getting back to honesty I too have a CD Collection and some DVDs but like Skippy I just considered them everyday household items. Where do you draw t...

Thanks for all the kind comments about my pictures. I will miss taking them for a while, but will bounce back in 2008. Skippy I have thought about getting a friend to bid on the camera equipment. Unfortunately my two good friends are helping me already so cannot ask them for any more help. But thank...
