Thanks for the reply Foggy, there are no default dates showing on Noddle or Experian/Credit Club just a Settlement date. On Experian there is a statement saying that the account will be on the file for 6 years from the date of settlement. I was hoping as Equifax is showing the default date then may...

Ok so I am 3 weeks from being IVA free. I have spent a lot of the last 12 months checking and cleaning credit files. I am astounded by the level of errors and incorrect reporting across all 3 agencies. I have had to deal with both mine and my wifes. It has been very time consuming. Anyways having be...

Yes I completed back in April 2017, I have my completion certificate. I have also contacted one of the creditors by phone who have said they will look to get it amended but no change even after the monthly credit file updates.
Quite frustrating really.

Hi all, I have been trying to get some default dates amended on our credit report. I have 3 creditors who have incorrect default dates which range from 1 month to 8 months after my IVA start date. Incidentally they are all banks/building societys. I have sent letters to the data controllers in May a...

Hi, this happened to myself, it took 3 emails and several calls to various CF Customer Service agents who were adamant that we would pay month 61 but it just ended at month 60. I didn't question it as I had my Completion Certificate in hand. They operate in a very strange way. Glad to have finished....

So in your experienced opinion is there any point in pursuing this any further?
And what would have happened if I had waited until the IVA register was clear. Do they still direct funds to the IVA?

Just an update. After asking CF for clarification they are claiming that I am not entitled to any part of the PPI, apparantly the clause they brought in means that I would be allowed 50% to put towards the IVA, I asked what happens to the other 50% i was told CF's PPI team get it, i said they never ...

Ok having spoken to a customer service agent she couldn't explain where the company stood on this issue and to her mind the entire sums would be captured by the IVA. Fair enough I suppose. She has said she needs to speak to the Closure Dept as shes not sure what the statement regards 50% actually me...
