Thanks all for replying maybe one day I'll try....was absolutely gutted when I was told I had to change as id had my account with them since I was 16 and had banked there when I was a child as my mum used to work there so many years haha.

Just spoke to my catalogue and they said the cash option is fine to use from my account even though the credit option has been closed, I would of thought all parts of my account would be closed but I still can't set up a new one and jus use the debit card option as it says there's already an account...

Hi, can I still use my catalogue account if i use the pay balance off in full ? I know I don't have the credit option anymore obviously or would I have to set another account up to do this ? Just thought I'd ask as its not credit it's basically cash.
