What does it mean when your case gets sent to RTUL ? Mine was a month ago and not sure why ?

The lady i spoke to was so nice, i was really worried about my car as i need it for work, my mum took out the HP agreement as long as i paid her back, they will not allow the repayments in my budget, but if i like i can pay out of my surplus [:D]

I will just have to be honest with them, but even if they do not allow £111 a month for car like you say i could fund from the surplus, will they allow me petrol, insurance, tax ?

My household exp is only £100 a month If i got public transport to work it would cost £10 a day and i would need to get 4 buses for the days i work here...
