Our IVA is 5 years old on 13th August 2018. We have not been asked to extend the IVA for another year as we originally thought might happen. No paperwork has been received to ask us to try and remortgage etc. Does this mean that on August 12th 2018 we are finally out of the IVA

We have been in an IVA with Knightsbridge for the past 3 years and have never missed a payment. We have just receieved a letter staing we are in breach of our IVA as we havent sent in an RX1 form for them to register their interest in our property. We have been in a joint IVA since August 2013 paying £120.00 per month. Due to ill health (i am 65) i have had to retire and only have the state pension along with my wifes pension. A family member has offered to pay of the outstanding IVA. What would be considered as a fair offer to end this IVA.

we are in an iva with about 2.5 years to run. We have an interest only mortgage with an outstanding balance of £149,000. Estimated market value of property is £200,00. Can we get a lifetime mortgage and clear the iva etc.
