I contacted by IP and surprise surprise Payplan were straight on the phone to say that the letter is in post and meeting set. It's taking place today at 2pm so I am bricking it!! Keep chasing for a response. I know you shouldn't have to but if you wait for Payplan, they will drag it out for as long ...

Thank you so much for your replies. Payplan haven't been exactly efficient throughout the process and have requested info bit by bit rather than going through thoroughly.

How do I contact the IP directly as it's worth speaking to them. I don't expect Payplan to respond to my email.

Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I've just received a response to say that they have all my information which they will now put into writing and send to me to sign and that it is a lengthy process! I've emailed back to say they've had the info for a month and it's only now I'm being asked to sign something. I...

Hi. I have recently submitted my offer for a full and final to my case officer at Payplan. It's taken 3 months to get to this point as it seems they like to drag out the process. All info was submitted on 21st September. I emailed my case officer on 28th to ask if there was a date in place for the c...

Hi. I have posted on here about making a full & final offer but I have a couple of questions after speaking to my case officer at Payplan. They've asked for a letter from me and my partner (who has offered to pay it off for me). This is fine. They have also asked me to obtain a valuation of my prope...

Hi

Thanks for the responses.

I probably have about £20k equity in my house. Do you think £7k would be acceptable?

Hi. I'm new to the forum and am after some advice. I'm nearly 3 years into my IVA. I've recently moved in with my partner and he's just sold his house and has offered to pay off my IVA. I currently pay £231 a month and have 26 payments left (38 if I'm unable to release equity from my home). Do you t...
