Shaun I wouldn't have been so quick to complain if I hadn't already been subjected to extreme rudeness over overtime payments which had already been paid months before, certain people seem very quick to change the tone of their voice and their politeness when they realise they are speaking to someon...

Interesting article, I fear that increasing monopolies will reduce choice, reduce customer service and increase that god complex mentioned in certain cases. from my point of view if I had spoken to someone at work the way I have been spoken to at certain points during the management of my IVA, I wou...

Update to be fair to McCambridge Duffy i have now received a letter as their final answer confirming that their RX4 was completed on 06/06/2013 but was not sent recorded delivery as there is no requirement to do so. I still have concerns that if this is the case than other RX4's could have gone miss...

I have now escalated the complaint both internally and externally I am in the process of making a complaint by the gateway, I have not been provided with any evidence that the RX4 was ever completed in 2013 and no evidence that it was sent, this coupled with the fact that the Land Registry confirm t...

At two years into my IVA I still owed approximately £16000, my dad was able to introduce an offer of £8000 and they snapped his hand off to end my IVA early, speak to someone else in the firm and see what they say, otherwise consider a written complaint.

I might just ask to see a copy of the original form, and to clarify my earlier remark about completing form correctly by which I mean ensuring it was received and had been processed by the land registry.

No not sacked regarding an IVA, sacked regarding lying on a mortgage application , sorry think we got our wires crossed there. Lots of police officers have IVAs as long as they are declared there is no issue.

Personally I would chase them contact them by phone and then follow up with a recorded delivery letter stating that if it is not satisfactorily dealt with within one week you will make a complaint to the appropriate authority in this case the insolvency gateway regarding their lack of progress and u...

I think it grates me when I see that they were paid £7500 over the course of the IVA to manage it, only for them to not complete it properly and remove the restriction, if I hadn't carried out a land registry check I would never have known it hadn't been done.
