That is my question?
With the bankruptcy over 6 year old and everything accepted. When the solicitor does the final k16 check will it flat up and old bancruptcy.
Therefore, am I better to just proceed as everything is agreed or cancel and search for another mortgage?

Was not asked the question. Didn't even know they did these checks but when looking into it my mortgage company's criteria States "discharged bankrupts considered - minimum 7 years" I'm really worried now as I am only 6 1/2 years.
