can anybody tell me why do calling collection centres who work of behalf of creditors wind you up silly wanting money all the time and sending you tex messages and phoning your boss up at work the calling collection centre will say we had no money this month pay now or else we will take legal action...

it wont be that bad maz if you are doing a iva you are protected from your creditors taking legal action against you

you will need just to put just £1 into it to get the account open and then its up to you what you put in to it and you can put a standing order from your basic bank account with them to put into your day to day savings account
