it would be nice to only have one credit card per person instead of 2 or 25 credit cards and review you every 12 months and check your credit file to see what level of debt you are in

say skippy i got some good news my debt as come down from 30k to 24k thats what my creditors claims are do you think they will accept 38p in the £

andy can i ask something if i may before i went on the dmp plan i had 5 credit cards and they uppered the limit even though i had loans and did not ask me to hand them in but i think what should happen is to the the credit cards only by direct debit set one up for i say £200 per month i do agree abo...

they might have claims over you for a number of years but might be worth speaking to melanie giles she might know

i agree with that skippy i got my first loan for 3k 5 years ago i had a credit card i went over the limit on 2 of my cards thats why i needed the loan anyway i got it with lloyds tsb who i use to bank money with and they took the card of me as that was my first loan and the 3k was in my bank account...

hi skippy i did not mean to offend anybody we are on here no to judge people but to help and advice if they say no to my iva then i will go bankrupt because it would be a easy way out of it for me yes i will loose my job but will be debt free i spoke to somebody i know who went bankrupt 5 years ago ...

so that my boss does not find out

pippa in my terms of contract in my job it states that anybody who goes into in a big way will be sacked if my bosses find out i will have no choice to go down that same line thats why i am hoping my iva goes though
