Yes I will speak to them, but I don't think I received the best advice before entering the iva regarding the property i wouldn't have done it had I known. But if leaving the iva allows me to offer them payment plans that might be best. in regards to payment offers can they reject them.

What percentage of any profit can they take

I don't want to rip anyone off. I presume they would accept payment offers rather than take me to court. I just want to sell it's got to be better than repossessed

Would giving the money away so to speak help.how soon would the creditors be in contact and how soon would the registary be amended

I have been advised to fail the iva allowing me to sell and then to deal with creditors personally in regards to offering them a payment plan. is this good advice

How does being unemployed affect paying the iva, not that I want to be unemployed. but if I can't pay mortgage i would be needing to sell.

I only started last October, 150 pm about 38000 left on mortgage , flat possibly worth 68000 but a decent cheap boat is about 20-25000 , I'm worried about being left penniless and homeless

What do you mean nobody will be able to buy it

Can I sell it to them for the remaining value of the mortgage, I'm not trying to avoid paying i just need the money to buy the boat

II'm in a iva obviously and have become unemployed, I want to sell my flat to buy a house boat.will the solicitor pay money directly to my IP or do I have to do it
