I asked last week if any votes were in and was told "no" they do not receive votes until the day of the meeting. Which was set for 10 am today - no news yet!

Thank you guys, so I signed the proposal on Friday and by Saturday morning had a copy of the pack sent to the creditors. My Creditor meeting is set for 16th May. All in all very speedy, and am genuinely pleased as it is a stressful time for anyone. hopefully all goes well on 16th and IVA is approved...

Thank you guys. The company for the IP is called Unity Corp. I will have a chat with another today to see which I feel best with. I do feel comfortable with the guy I am speaking to but I am sure I saw something on here about Unity and Gillian not responding to someones emails? May have read it wrong.

Has anyone used unity as their IP? How have you found them? I have been assigned Gillian as my IP and i have only spoked with iva.org' Iain....do most people speak to a few companies before signing on the dotted line?
