Hi Guys Following my last post I contacted CF towards the end of January this year to discuss completing our IVA early and was lucky enough to be dealing with a very helpful person via email. I officially made an offer of £2400 on the 3rd of Feb which was accepted at a meeting of creditors on the 3r...

Hi guys

My parents are about to email a copy of their statement to prove they have the funds available to offer F&F. They are asking if they should obscure the account details i.e account and sort code? I can understand their concern but not sure if it would be acceptable.

Good Morning A year after looking into it I have final started the ball rolling on arranging a F&F offer. I received a reply from my IP saying I would probably need to offer £2400 which I am happy with. I currently have 7+12 payments left to make at £130 p/m. The funds will be coming from my parents...

Thanks for your help so far however I am hoping to finish this IVA early. As I am not likely to be granted a remortgage while in an IVA (as you guys have suggested) and definitely wont be selling up just to release equity to hand over to my creditors, I am trying to ascertain an amount if any that t...

I am looking to make an offer to complete the IVA early as I would be unlikely to get a remortgage. Then once the IVA was closed and only then would I be looking to sell up

Hi thanks for your reply. Having done a lot of reading on this forum and others I get the impression that although it appears very hard to get a mortgage while an IVA still shows on your credit score it isn't impossible. We may have the opportunity to sell our current house and move in with family f...
