Topic: IVA terminated after 4 years. Would be grateful for any advice.

I had exact same thing happen to me, all that was agreed was that my payments were extended to cover this "shortfall". basically extended by 6 months.
I too informed them of a change in circumstances, but sadly was in my contract.

Its signed and in the post already, but think its naughty to threaten a withhold considering I complied 100% with DRSP and got a letter advising so.

So, thats it, after a long winded 7 Year IVA, with NRAM as the primary creditor and Cleardebt as the IP. Aperture have (after 3 months) finally acknowledged that no further money is owed.
