You are automatically discharged at one year post BR. But if your conduct is good then it is possible for you to be discharged at 6months, but the OR has to contact ur creditors to see if anyone disagrees with it. Hi all Just been on the fone to RTOU and theyve told me that tomorrow they will discharge us early from our BR, cos no creditors have wrote back contesting it!! I actually get it for depression and anxiety, and its supposed to be used for activities such as the cinema, meals out, just to get me out of the house occasionally. And the mobility part if to pay for taxis or for someone to come with me.

well no not really, i dont have an I&E on my mobility and care, because it is for activities to get me out of the house, and to use public transport with support and this can vary every month, depending on what i wish to do.
