Thanks Linrog, it has been a long road but I made it!
Benjiboo, my Iva was completed in the sixth year with a F&F so my last payment was a little different to yours. I would say call your IP to check that this is your last payment. They can advise what happens next.

My letter says "all relevant parties including creditors will be issued a copy or my completion details" but it certainly doesn't hurt for me to check with them! I would have thought the iva would have dropped off by now too, usually around the six year anniversary. You could try contacting the credit agencies and ask them to update you file.
