Good Afternoon all, Apologies if this has been posted before. I need to contact Natwest regarding an account which is showing as Defaulted 5 months after the start of my IVA My IVA is complete, and the 6 years anniversary was September 2022, so I just need to get in touch with Natwest to correct thi...

As this is a temporary increase I would think it would be treated under the 10% 50/50 rule --- but, of course, this will be up to your IP at the end of the day. If so you would be looking at paying over about £12 a month on the figures you quote. Thanks Foggy. I understand everything is down to my ...

Hello Everyone. Haven’t posted to this forum much at all, however am a frequent reader. It’s nice to see and hear the views of those in a similar situation to myself. Would just like to give an update on my position. I’m over 2 years into my IVA now. Have completed my 2nd Annual Review with McCambri...

Thanks Foggy.

It's not a substantial amount (£25.00) - Is it best to just contact my old bank and explain situation and hopefully they will return it.

Thanks

Hello, Obviously being in an IVA, a new bank account was set up. A relative sent some money to my old bank account (was a creditor) My question is....is my old account deemed closed and therefore the money will be refunded/returned to my relative's account, or is it merely frozen. I'm kind of expect...

Great news. You can relax now. Today was the first day where it started sinking in for me. It's my first payday on Friday, so will probably feel even better come Saturday when I still have some money left in my account, instead of paying overdrafts/loans/credit card bills! WHAT A RELIEF :) At least ...

Hello Everyone[:)]

Great news, although not formal until tomorrow morning, I have been made aware that my two largest creditors, of which make up over 75% have approved my proposal. What a relief and a weight lifted. RedRobin, my fingers are crossed for you now.

This is the week. Best of luck Robin :) Are there any stories of people being told early? Mines tomorrow, and I have the day off for it, but am just wondering if there is any possibility of the creditors responding before I.e. Today? My Tesco app has started to behave rather peculiar, in that it is ...

It is my main creditor :( another thing to stress over now. I didn't write it in my statement, MCD have added that date in, so will be gutted if this has a major impact on the final decision. I naively assumed the creditors would be aware of the dates of loans and stuff. Admittedly I should have re-...

Hello Everyone.....time is dragging. Can't stop thinking about upcoming CM. Pray for good news. Anyway, little worried. My personal statement says I took a loan out in May 2016, however I said that it was February 2016 over the phone. Have since emailed the guys at McCambridge Duffy to correct the s...

Thanks for the replies everyone. The best decision I've made so far is owning up to those closest around. Such a relief. Instead of being ditched, forgotten about and upsetting people (which was expected) I actually received a lot of support and help. So regardless of what happens at the creditors m...
